Foreclosures

At least three foreclosures have gone through for Rushland properties. Banks now have title to these properties. This puts the Association in a good position regarding these properties due to the fact that banks typically pay assessments. The foreclosed properties will ultimately be titled to paying owners which will help the Association and the overall budgeting of Rushland.
